As Construction.RU has been told today by the company’s press-office, the situation remains unchanged despite Roscosmos’s terminating the contract with the other general contractor of the construction project – the “Dalspetsstroy” federal state unitary enterprise. The “Spetsstroytechnologies” enterprise continues the construction of the housing and the engineering infrastructure of the town of Tsiolkovsky, as well as the objects of the ground-based space infrastructure. This year the company will put in operation 10 residential houses with 1295 flats for 4,000 employees of the range and their families.
Also the 4 complexes and the operational test site will be prepared for commissioning. In 2016 the “Spetcstroytechnologies” received 14 conclusions on the Vostochny objects’ correspondence to the design documents and technical regulations.
