Large ambulatory-care clinic network to be built in Novosibirsk

As the regional governor, Vladimir Gorodetsky, has told journalists today, the construction will start in Novosibirsk in the end of 2017.

The network of modern medical care centres will start work in 2019. An investor-concessioner will design and construct the centres, deliver equipment and operate the buildings.

The cost of the project is evaluated as much as 8.3 bln roubles ($139.3m). It will be 20-25% financed from the budget, 15% - by a concessioner, and the rest will be provided by a bank credit.

The expenses will be paid back via budget payments and additional commercial services.
