A contract for the construction, marketing and sale of the facility within the framework of the first phase has been signed between the Finnish developer and GALS LLC. However, the contract price is not specified in the released statement.
The apart-hotel will be located at the intersection of the streets of Bukharestskaya and Salova.
The first phase of the construction involves erecting a 18-storey building with 750 apartments with a total area of about 20,800 square meters. The construction is scheduled to be launched in April, 2017 and completed in May 2018.
