According to Samir Nuriev, a plot of land with a total area of 20 hectares is planned to be allotted for the project.
“Statistics and research evidence that, at present, the greater need in available housing is in Baku. In this connection, a decision was taken to realize the next project in the capital city as well,” he explained.
Samir Nuriev stressed that the Surakhansk region is the most favourable area of the city in terms of urban development, as well as building transportation and mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
