The project had been implemented in the Kharkov region of Ukraine.
“There is no funding of the project, that is why, as far as I know, it will not be continues on the territory of the Kharkov region,” president of the regional administration, Yulia Svetlichnaya said, according to UNIAN news agency.
She added that at that moment, the local authorities were just supporting technical condition of those structure that had been put in operation earlier.
