As Construction.RU was told by the press office of the Federal Special Construction Agency of Russia, twelve residential buildings have already been built there.
The facilities are almost completed and interior decoration is finished. Windows and doors are built, as well as roofing is laid. Utility lines have been installed. The apartments will be commissioned key-ready, with furniture and all necessary household appliances.
Also, apart from housing, the project of the complex includes construction of a school for 200 pupils and a nursery school for 150 beds.
