Japanese architect Kengo Kuma to design residential compound in Moscow

As Construction.RU was told today by chief architect of Moscow, Sergey Kuznetsov, visually the complex will serve as a passage from the skyscrapers of Moscow City to mid-rise residential buildings and then to embankment of the Moscow River.

The territory of the future development with an area of 23,25 hectares represents a group of buildings of different number of storeys with an area of 361,000 square meters, including 149,000 of residential one.

The facility envisages offices, underground parking lot with an area of 22,800 square meters, two schools, a nursery school for 200 seats and a trade center.
