Top owners of commercial real estate in Russia, according to Forbes

Zarakh Iliev and his partner God Nisanov headed the list again. The businessmen own “Kievskaya Ploshchad” (The Kiev Square) company, to which “European” mall with an area of 180,000 square meters belongs, as well as a 930,000 square meters “Food City”. In 2016, leasing of these marketplaces brought to Zarakh Iliev and God Nisanov a revenue in amount of $1,27 billion.

The second position with an income of $800 million held Ingvar Kamprad, who own IKEA Mos company. Apart from that, over 1,700 million square meters of commercial and office real estate belongs to him in Russia.

The third is “Tashir” company owner, Samvel Karapetyan, who earned $640 million.
