“We should not forget that the USA is still a net importers of oil and gas. There is no chance to change the situation quickly, especially in the view of an increase of domestic consumption,” Gazprom CEO said.
“There are many areas, where Russia and the USA might cooperate in the energy sector. This is a real opportunity to develop our business,” he added.
Alexander Medvedev reminded that in the year 2004, there was such positive experience with supplies of liquified natural gas.
