The project investment volume is assessed as much as 1.5 bln roubles ($25m). Acording to the press release of the department, the agreement on the construction of the hypermarket was achieved at the meeting of the investor’s representatives with the Tiumen region’s governor, Vladimir Yakushev, within the framework of the “Sochi-2016” International investment forum.
The company has not yet announced when the hypermarket will be put in operation. Leroy Merlin specializes on construction materials, household and repair goods retail. It has been present on the Russian market since 2004, presently, there are 57 hypermarkets of the company in 28 cities of Russia.
