Anton Malkov, one of the deal’s arrangers, managing director of Sberbank CIB, has spoken on it to TASS. According to him, the largest purchasers of the Detsky Mir assets have been investors from Great Britain (35%) and the USA (25%). The market capitalization of the company achieved 62.8 bln roubles as of the time of trading.
