Grozny Mall will have an area of 132,000 square meters, according to the statement released by Colliers International, which is the project’s consultant in marketing and rent.
A construction permit was granted in January 2017 and, at present, the preparatory works are being carried out.
An architectural concept of the mall, which will be located in the center of the Chechen capital city, has been developed by international company Chapman Taylor.
The trade center will be connected by a pedestrian bridge with a multi-purpose complex Ahmat Tower, which height amounts to 435 meters.
