The matter concerns the establishment of administrative responsibility for failure to comply with the law or the requirements imposed by Rosatom’s officials in the field of construction and reconstruction of nuclear facilities. In addition, the management of the corporation might be authorized to draw up protocols on administrative offences in this sphere.
The corresponding amendments are proposed to be made in Administrative Offences Code of the Russian Federation.
