“Their investment consultants recommend them to enter the Russian market,” Lyubov Tsvetkova said.
She said that, according to the available information, the company is also interested to take part in the resettlement of residents from demolished houses, as well as in the construction of transfer hubs and other infrastructure projects in Moscow.
The company plans to invest in these projects no less than $1 billion.
