“Since the contract was signed in February 2015, the construction has been financed almost in amount of 116 billion rubles (this is more than 50% of the contract’s amount). At the moment, the commissioner of the construction, “Taman” federal state enterprise, has accepted the performed work in the amount of 55 billion rubles,”, - the press release states.
