“Some Arctic states will be represented at the level of foreign ministers in Arkhangelsk. Today, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Denmark and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Norway confirmed their participation,” Barbin said over the course of his appearance at a press conference in MIA “Russia Today”.
He also said that all Arctic states would be represented at the forum.
