Official signing ceremony was attended by general director of Uralmash NGO Holding, Yury Karpov, president of Siemens’ Russian branch, Dietrich Moeller, and Elektroprom CEO, Boris Abramov.
“The signed agreement is a new stage in the cooperation between our companies. This work is planned as the development of joint long-term positive experience in the creation of modern land drilling rigs for Arctic conditions of Russia. One of the important joint projects was the project to equip the unique “Arktika” drilling rigs with electric drive,” Yuriy Karpov said.
