The document, valid before the end of September 2017, provides for the allocation of $578 billion for military purpose. A total of 371 Congressmen voted in favour of the budget estimate, while 48 members of Congress were against.
According to the document, none of these funds may not be used by the Minister of Defense to sign contracts with JSC Rosoboronexport.
