Meanwhile, the press service of the Energy Ministry of the Russian Federation said that the country did not have intergovernmental agreements on oil supplies to Hungary and Ukraine, and deliveries of diesel fuel in these areas are carried out by business entities based on economic feasibility.
“That is why it isn’t correct to talk about the termination of deliveries on the part of the Russian Federation,” the statement reads.
The petroleum products intended for export to Ukraine have been reallocated to other areas, particularly in Primorsk and Novorossiysk.
