This is what Secretary of the Russian Security Council, Nikolai Patrushev, said today in the city of Astrakhan at a meeting of the Southern Federal District. According to him, the inventory of ownerless sites of power grid facilities has been conducted in the area of the bridge’s route, objects of fuel and energy complex have been surveyed.
These measures helped to identify and compensate damage for 715 million rubles, to reveal 16 gang offences, prosecute 107 individuals, strengthen payment discipline by the participants of wholesale and retail markets of electricity, as well as by gas consumers.
