“Within the framework of our strategy for business optimization in the field of marketing of the Group’s petroleum products, in 2016, the company sold its network of gasoline retail stations in Poland, Latvia, Lithuania and Cyprus, and in 2015 — in Ukraine and Estonia,” the company says.
At that, the company does not disclose the buyer of the asset in its financial report.
The network of Lukoil gasoline retail stations in Cyprus included 31 objects. As it was reported earlier, Greek Motor Oil showed interest in these assets.
