Apart from CJSC Bavarian House, LLC Construction Company-2000 also took part in an auction with the limited participation held by Pushkin Museum. With a starting price of 1,889 billion rubles Bavarian House is ready to carry out reconstruction and adaptation activities for 1.88 billion rubles.
