The company was established in February 2017 in Gelendzhik, a Russian resort town situated in the Krasnodar region, on the Gelendzhik Bay of the Black Sea. The Golf Resort is located at the address of Gelendzhik, Mir Street, 21.
Gelendzhik Golf Resort was founded in equal shares (16.5 per cent) by EuroChem, JSC OMK-Service, Severgroup, JSC Sinara Development (a developer branch of Sinara Group), as well as Orion Property based in Moscow and Terra Group LLC headquartered in the Sverdlovsk region.
