UPS builds new terminal in Salt Lake City

Investment in a new complex with an area of 80 thousand square meters will amount to about $275 million. The construction is scheduled for completion in late 2018.

Commenting on the news, Mark Wallace, Senior Vice President of UPS for Global Engineering and Sustainability, noted that Utah is a key region in providing services for the western states of the country. He stressed that the creation of modern high-tech automated complex will enhance the company’s ability to handle increasing volumes of e-Commerce market in the region.
