He noted that currently, the subjects of the Russian Federation included 1137 plots of land in the lists.
“These are 238 thousand hectares, on which one can build more than 83 million square meters of housing. That is a huge basis for the future”, — the Minister said.
Mikhail Menn added that the landowners are invited to participate actively in the comprehensive development of these areas.
According to the head of the Construction Ministry, the remaining regions were instructed to complete the inventory of unused land and to include it in the list of land intendedd for housing.
