According to Eleanora Shevchenko, the city of Tula, five monotowns and settlements with a population over 1 million people are participating in the program.
“The project provides for the repair of yards and driveways, lighting, installation of benches, litter bins, as well as the equipment of playgrounds and sports grounds, car parks, landscaping and other activities for the improvement of urban spaces,” — Shevchenko explained.
