The company “is entitled to use the funds of unused contributions to the authorized capital of JSC Russian Railways provided for by the laws on the federal budget for 2011 and 2012”, the document reads. Additional funding will amount to 1,156 billion rubles.
These funds were previously envisages for conducting the work on technological connection to the power supply of mobile radio facilities along “Amur” highway running from the city of Chita to Khabarovsk, as well as for the project of construction of the second tracks on Vyborg-Primorsk-Yermilovo section of the Oktyabrskaya railway and the reconstruction of Gremyachaya station of Privolzhskaya railway.
