“This year, the Russian Defense Ministry provided 118 billion rubles for the purposes of major construction. The basic funding amount, that is 88.6 billion rubles, or 75% of the total volume of the funding, accounts for special (military) facilities, deployment of weapons and military equipment”, — Timur Ivanov explained.
“This will allow us to guaranteedly put in operation and synchronize the timing of deliveries of weapons and military equipment with the terms of commissioning of military infrastructure’s facilities”, — the Deputy Minister said.
