A list of instructions on the issue of attracting private investments for the purpose of financing of scientific, scientific-technical and innovative activities of Russian universities and research organizations is published on the Kremlin official website.
The Cabinet was instructed to ensure the introduction of a draft law “On scientific and technological valleys” to the State Duma (the Russian Parliament) and subsequently its adoption by the 1st of July. After the law comes into effect, the government will have to take necessary measures until the 1st of December on the establishment of “Vorobyovy Gory” scientific and technological valley.
