According to the newspaper, the project involves the construction of a house with a total area amounting to 1200 square meters.
The owner of Tranio company, Georgy Kachmazov, has not disclosed his partner, however, announced that 50% of investments would be made by a Spanish bank, Kommersant reports.
Currently, the company is setting up funds of collective investments in overseas development projects. The launch of the first fund worth 5 million euro, is expected until the end of this year.
