The Committee specified that the project provided for the reconstruction of a complex of buildings on Bolshaya Nikitskaya Street, 9/15 into a mixed use residential complex with a hotel and an underground parking.
The group of buildings is located in a quarter between Bolshaya Nikitskaya Street, Bolshoy Kislovsky, Srednyi Kislovsky and Malyi Kislovsky bypasses.
Apart from Bulgari hotel and residential apartments, the complex will house shops and restaurants with an access from Bolshaya Nikitskaya Street.
A total area of the complex will amount to almost 19,600 square meters, including 6,300 square meters of a residential space and 6,000 square meter of the hotel area.
