We should remind you that, in 2015, the head of regional projects of IKEA MOS LLC, Sergey Bout, confirmed that the company intended to develop activities in the Krasnoyarsk region, the subject of the Russian Federation constituting roughly 13% of the country’s total area.
In January 2016, it became known that a subsidiary of IKEA Swedish company, IKEA MOS LLC, won the auction for the right to lease the land in the “Solontsy-2”.
The total area of the land plot planned for the construction is 477,089 square meters. The rent will cost about 250 million rubles per year and has been agreed for the period of 7 years.
