As Construction.RU was told by the contractor’s press office, the park is being built on the lot of land with an area of 40 hectares and will be located on M7 motorway, at the access to the city from Moscow.
A total volume of investments in the project is estimated at 10 billion rubles ($177 million).
The first phase of the construction envisages building a Leroy Merlin hypermarket, which will cover an area of 6,5 hectares. The subsequent phases involve the construction of another trade center and a logistic park of “A” category.
