The signed decree specified performance targets (indicators) of the state program, describing its objectives, tasks and implementation of major events.
“Also, a priority project “Safe and High-Quality Roads” is integrated in the program,” the document reads.
The project’s passport was approved following a session of the Presidium of the Presidential Council for strategic development and priority projects held on the 21st of November, 2016.
Apart from that, according to a new variant of the program, its funding is aligned with the federal budget for 2017 and the planning period of 2018 and 2019.
