The corresponding decree signed by Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev was published on the Cabinet’s official website.
“The plan envisages measures to create conditions for the development of the industry and intra-industry competition, stimulate a domestic demand, manage the quality and range of construction materials, develop the export potential of the industry, monitor the implementation of the strategy”, - as it follows from the accompanying documents.
The plan shall contain a list of activities, their organizers, and timelines.
It is noted that the purpose of the strategy is to establish a high-tech, competitive, sustainable and balanced building materials industry of an innovative type, providing domestic and foreign markets with quality, affordable and energy-efficient products.
