“For different reasons they display interest in the projects and this transforms in purchases. This interesting trend started as far back as late 2015 and in the year 2016 it continued,” Mr. Gordov explained.
He also noted the growth in demand by 50% for completed houses in the region – the trend observed in 2016. However, the crisis has reached the suburban sector as well and, at present, the market is in critical condition. The volume of transactions is insignificant, Gordov lamented.
