Alexander Medvedev added that he expected to receive the first permit from Germany.
He noted that there was a schedule, in accordance with which the company intended to receive the construction permits from the companies, through which economic zones or territorial waters the pipeline would run. Germany was the first in that list, he said.
Nord Stream 2 is a project for construction of a pipeline with the capacity of 55 cubic meters of gas per year. The pipeline will run from Russia to Germany through the Baltic Sea.
