The project is estimated at 4 billon rubles ($70,5 million). As Construction.RU was told by the press office of the Leningrad region’s government, the first phase of the complex is scheduled to be put in operation as early as 2018, while the second one will be commissioned in 2019.
The project capacity of the enterprise amounts to 10,000 tons of mushrooms per year. The project also includes the establishment of a composting workshop for the production of ground coat with an annual output of over 30,000 tons. Construction of this high-capacity facility will allow the Leningrad region to occupy half of the whole mushroom market in Russia.
