More than half of 1150 stores owned by the company are located in the territory of the United Kingdom. Apart from that, the chain is represented in China, India, the Netherlands, the United Arab Emirates. Last year, the company’s revenue amounted to 610 million pounds with EBITDA of 150 million.
This is the first purchase made by the retail division of L1.
As the head of L1 Energy, German Khan, said earlier, the company planned to invest $5 billion in oil and gas sector through the establishment of two investment platforms.
