The document was submitted for the Parliament’s consideration by Mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin.
As the first deputy head of the Department for Economic Policy and Development of Moscow, Maria Bagreeva, reported at the Commission session, the document is aimed at stimulating high-tech production and creating favourable conditions for attracting investments in the city’s economy.
The bill, in particular, proposes to amend the law “On tax land” in terms of increasing of up to 10 years of the period of exemption from land tax for residents of special economic zones of a technical innovation type established in Moscow.
