According to TASS news agency, the plant will be located on a plot of land with an area of 1,000 hectares in the Starorusski district. A total amount of the investment is estimated at 300 million rubles.
At present, a business plan is being developed. Apart from the production facility, a warehouse for end products is expected to be erected.
The enterprise will reach full capacity in 2019.
