“In the near future the developer LLC ETK-invest plans to apply for a permit for the building’s commissioning. Last year, the developer began the renovation of the building at the address: the Serebryanichesky Pereulok, building 12, with a subsequent adaptation of it as a hotel”, the press release says.
The square of a four-storey building is almost 3.500 square meters. The hotel will have 62 rooms, a restaurant, lobby bar, parking for 11 cars.
