According to Forbes, this is about one-fifth of the wealth of the richest Ukrainian businessman.
The court decision concerned a longtime dispute over the privatization of Ukrtelecom, Ukraine's largest telecommunications operator. In June 2017, London court ordered System Capital Management (SCM) company, founded and headed by Rinat Akhmetov, to pay Raga Establishment Ltd $760 million for Ukrtelecom.
