According to the head of the department, Gennady Degtev, investors are showing interest in land plots for the construction of sports facilities. This is evidenced by the results of sales at Moscow Single Trading Platform for a period from the beginning of 2018. He has stressed that investments in the fitness industry development are promising ones, sustainable and bring income. At the same time, such investments do not carry risks.
These two new sports facilities will be built in Novomoskovsk and Zelenograd administrative districts of Moscow. Experts note a stable demand for fitness services as one of the key factors in maintaining the demand for land plots for the construction of sports centers.
