A plot of land for the construction site of this building has already been approved by the Complex of Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations of the Government of Moscow. The facility will be located in the Vnukovo Highway area.
A research center and a production complex will be established on the territory of the technology park. The project will be financed by private investors, with the funds amounting to 2,8 billion rubles ($45,5 million). According to preliminary estimates, the technopark activity will bring over 900 million rubles to the city budget. Also, about 300 jobs will be created at the enterprise.
Vander Technology will act as a leaseholder of the site. This company is engaged in the production of high-purity synthetic diamonds.
