According to Vedomosti newspaper, the companies have purchased the third tower with office premises located in this well-known complex near Voikovskaya metro station. A total area of the purchased offices amounts to over 33,000 square meters. Terms of the deal are not disclosed though, however, previously it was reported that experts estimated the building at about 100 million euros.
“So now they own all three office buildings of the complex,” the newspaper says.
It is worth noting that negotiations for the acquisition of the Metropolis third tower have been conducted for several years. Three years ago, partners purchased from Capital Partners two towers with office spaces in the Metropolis complex.
