The company already has an experience of work on the residential property market in this Russian region. The project’s concept was developed by the company's designers together with the architectural bureau Arteza. It is noted that, in contrast to a cold style typical for St. Petersburg, another approach will be used at the creation of a new embankment, which should become a place for “for people rather than cars.”
The embankment is located in the Krasnogvardeisky district, opposite Magnifika residential quarter, which is still under construction. As the company notes, the development of the embankment will be conducted simultaneously with the construction of each of the phases of the residential compound.
