Housing prices are on the rise in Spanish secondary market

In the province of Madrid, the price per square meter rose up to €2,750 and for the first time exceeded the corresponding level in Gipuzkoa (€2710), as well as in Barcelona, ​​where a square meter costs an average of €2,700. The provinces with the most affordable secondary housing are Toledo (€780), Avila (€800) and Ciudad Real (€840).

Prices for secondary housing fell in April only in three autonomous communities: Castilla-La Mancha (-0.8%), Extremadura (-0.3%) and the Basque Country (-0.1%). The most significant growth was observed in Rioja (+3.7%), Madrid (+2.8%) and Navarre (1.6%).
