The project is being implemented by Ginza Project holding jointly with Aval investment group. The idea of gastronomic sites is the combination of a farm fair with catering points. At the same time, buyers will pay through a single pay-office.
The first to open is Green Market, which will be located in Kluchevoy shopping center. The area of the site will be 2,700 square meters, with a marketplace and a dozen small cafes.
If the project is successful, another 30 markets will be created within 5 years in residential districts of Moscow and in the Moscow region.
