Italians put up for sale castle with 25 peasant houses

The object was designed by the architect Filippo Brunelleschi in the 15th century, just as the construction of the world famous dome of the cathedral of Florence began. Initially, the castle was owned by the noble Pucci dynasty.

On the perimeter of the castle, there are crenelated walls with four towers. On its territory, there are 25 peasant houses, as well as an 18th-century villa with a chapel.

The total area of the complex is 35,000 square meters, and the land plot occupies 1,200 hectares.

As experts of the Italian real estate market say, this castle became “one of the most elite buildings ever put up for sale”.
